Integrated Direction, LLC is a technology, communications, and digital-presence advisory based in Texas, working with organizations nationwide. We help insurance professionals, businesses, churches, and other organizations see across the boundaries between their providers, and keep everything moving in one direction.
The name
Two words. One job.
Integrated
Technology, communications, digital presence, infrastructure, vendors, and business systems all touch each other. Most organizations have someone for each piece and nobody for the whole. Integrated means bringing the pieces, and the people behind them, together.
Direction
Every engagement starts with the same question: what are you trying to accomplish? The destination is yours. The path, the sequencing, the providers, and the follow-through are ours to get right.

Three words that describe what actually happens once you tell us what you’re trying to accomplish. It is how we work, and it is the promise we hold ourselves to.
Connect.
We connect the outcome you want to the requirements behind it, and the requirements to the right resources: existing providers who are doing the job, and vetted partners where something is missing. Requirements drive the match, not habit.
Direct.
We direct the work. Providers get a plan, a sequence, and someone keeping them aligned with each other and with your goal. You stop being the project manager for your own vendors.
Done.
Done means the outcome you described is working, documented, and handed over, not that a product shipped. When the work is done, we say so, and we tell you what to watch next.

Good providers don’t get replaced because we showed up. Change has to be justified by the outcome, and we’ll say so when it isn’t.
Recommendation before quote
You get a clear recommendation and the reasoning behind it before any pricing from any provider. Then the numbers make sense.
We coordinate. Partners deliver.
Managed IT, carriers, cabling, and alarm services are delivered by vetted partners under their own agreements with you. Website and digital work we deliver directly. One relationship doesn’t mean one invoice.
AI-assisted, human-led
We use AI tools to research, draft, and analyze faster. A person is accountable for every recommendation and every deliverable, and your data is handled with the same care we’d ask of any provider.

Behind Integrated Direction is more than 25 years of technology experience across carriers and connectivity, business phone systems, managed IT and security, physical infrastructure, and digital environments, in roles that sat between customers and the providers who served them. That breadth is the point: the seams between services are where problems live, and seeing across them is a skill built over decades, not a product.
That experience informs how we work. It is not a claim about Integrated Direction’s own client list, which is growing on its own merits and described only with permission.
What we are not
- Not a managed service provider. We coordinate MSP partners; we don't run a help desk.
- Not a telecom broker. Carriers are chosen against your requirements, and we tell you why.
- Not a marketing agency. Digital presence work is scoped to a job the website has to do.
- Not an AI company. AI assists the work; people are accountable for it.
- Not a reseller. We don't need you to buy something for the engagement to make sense.
